Our interests include, but are not limited to, software and hardware platforms, semiconductors and related technologies and strong intellectual property. Given our management team’s technology and investing experience, we believe we are well-suited to identify and execute an initial business combination with an attractive technology target that can benefit from our capital, operational expertise, and relationships to accelerate the commercialization and growth of innovative technologies. The members of our management team have deep expertise enabling technological innovation, operating multi-national businesses, and executing large-scale commercial agreements and transactions.
